Management has been good. Apartment updates have been ongoing throughout my stay. I have been here for several years now and my bathroom tube/floor and kitchen floor have been updated. Maintenance has addressed any issues.

it’s good nothing special and good place to stay for young and old folks, pretty safe and don’t have any issues with neighbors. wish the complex would update its apartments considering they don’t mind raising rent

Everyone we’ve talked to is super nice and welcoming!! We also love seeing the outside decor, lol. It’s very peaceful and this was perfect for our first little home.

Quiet remote place for living .need security locks on entrances doors for safety precautions. All round place and roomy and pool is secure for the kids

The stay is pretty good although there are few dumpsters. Neighbors aren't bad and they do the best with the space they have. No signs of bugs, and they have at&t fiber.

So inviting from all the different neighbors and team members. We were greeted right away and was offer their help to move into our new apartment. The maintenance team helped me and my fiance load in a washer and dryer into the apartment and hook up for us, sweetest thing ever!

I would like to thank the Maintenance team for the work done to restore my oven to an operational condition [Date11-10-2021] so I will be able to prepare Thanksgiving Dinner for my immediate and extended family members. A special thanks to the worker who worked tirelessly to bring some joy to me and my family in these trying ❤💕 times! For me the community is those who live and work here contributing to make our stay here just a little more pleasant! Thanks again!

Have resided here for over five years now. Overall have had a good experience. The staff and maintenance team are great. Any issues are usually resolved with in a day or two, unless it’s an emergency and they are on it immediately.

All of our neighbors are friendly and have proven trustworthy overall. We had DoorDash deliver food to the wrong apartment by accident and the tenant let them know and we got our food. Not everyone would have done that.

Been here since June and me and my mother love it . We love the apartment and our neighbors everyone seem to Tobe very nice my neighbors in apartment 2 has help us with our grocery comi g down the step because me and mom other are handicap. Only thing I wish we can park on the front instead around the corner but we try to make it best as we could

As a resident I have had no problems at all. I feel safe and the staff has been very helpful. Dwayne the Maintenance guy is very friendly! You can always see him on the grounds. I have enjoyed my stay here!
